The semi-hermetic refrigeration unit is a highly integrated refrigeration device that combines a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and control system within a sealed or semi-sealed enclosure, offering both compactness and high efficiency. Its semi-hermetic structure facilitates maintenance and repair while reducing the risk of refrigerant leakage, making it suitable for small and medium-sized commercial settings such as convenience stores, laboratories, and medical cold storage. Equipped with scroll or piston compressors, coupled with air-cooled/water-cooled heat dissipation, it supports environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R404A and R134a. It features intelligent temperature control, fault alarms, and other functions, with a coefficient of performance (COP) up to 3.0 or higher. It offers wide temperature range regulation from -40°C to 10°C, meeting precise temperature control requirements. Typical models, such as the 5HP unit, have a cooling capacity of approximately 14kW and a noise level of ≤65dB, making them suitable for spaces where stability is required despite limited space.
