Evaporative condenser is a kind of heat exchange device used for cooling cold storage. Evaporative condenser, also called evaporative cooling and cooling (condenser) device, is a device that absorbs the heat of high temperature gaseous refrigerant in the coil when the spray water outside the coil partly evaporates, and gradually cools the refrigerant in the tube from gas to liquid. The refrigerating evaporative condenser is composed of special axial fan, spray nozzle, electronic water descaling instrument, collecting bag, PVC heat exchange sheet, efficient dehydrator, cooling tube group, packing tank, water pump, water collector, box and other components.
The principle of action is: the superheated high-pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compress or in the refrigeration system passes through the condensing tube in the evaporative condenser, so that the high-temperature gaseous refrigerant exchanges heat with the spray water and air outside the tube. The super wind power of the auxiliary induced draft fan makes the spray water cover the surface of the coil completely evenly, and improves the heat transfer effect. The spray water with rising temperature is partly turned into a gaseous state, the latent heat of vaporization of water is used to take away a lot of heat by the wind potential, the water droplets in the hot gas are intercepted by the efficient dehydrator, and the rest of the water that absorbs heat is scattered to the PVC spray sheet heat exchange layer, is cooled by the flowing air, the temperature is reduced, enters the water tank, and then continues to circulate through the circulating pump.
