Through the principle of efficient evaporative cooling, rapid pre cooling (0-4 ℃), deep freezing (below -18 ℃), and refrigeration preservation of meat are achieved. This project is a modern meat comprehensive processing base that integrates pig slaughtering, segmentation, cold fresh processing, and cold chain logistics. The project adopts internationally advanced automated slaughter production lines and segmentation equipment, strictly implements national food safety and hygiene standards, and implements standardized operations throughout the entire process from pig entry quarantine, precise electrospinning, aseptic slaughter, rapid pre cooling, fine segmentation to cold and fresh packaging. We attach great importance to environmental protection and have built advanced sewage treatment plants to ensure that production wastewater is discharged in compliance with standards. After the completion of the project, it not only greatly enhances the processing depth and added value of the local pig industry, ensuring stable supply of high-quality and safe pork products in the surrounding areas, but also effectively drives the scale and standardization development of the local breeding industry through the "company+base+farmers" model, achieving significant economic and social benefits.
