       Corn preservation and quick freezing warehouse is a professional facility that uses rapid freezing technology to preserve fresh corn. The core principle is to rapidly reduce the central temperature of corn to below minus 18 ℃ in a very short period of time through a low-temperature environment of minus 30 ℃ to minus 35 ℃, effectively inhibiting microbial and enzyme activity and preventing quality deterioration. This technology can preserve the original color, flavor, sugar content, and nutritional components of corn to the greatest extent possible, solving the contradiction between seasonal concentrated listing of fresh corn and stable supply throughout the year.The standard manufacturing process includes raw material screening, pretreatment, blanching and sterilization, rapid freezing, and low-temperature refrigeration, ultimately enabling the product to have a shelf life of up to 12-18 months while maintaining edible uality close to fresh corn. It is an important link in the modern corn processing industry chain.
